The Facts

•Sulfur (atomic number 16) This sample is ideal for element collectors on the cheap or those conducting experiments.

•Sulfur is a soft, pale yellow, odorless, brittle solid. It is insoluble in water, but soluble in carbon disulfide. Sulfur compounds are the ones that stink!
